I am 22 and I am a registered sex offender. I was accused 2 years ago of sexual misconduct with a 16 year old. He falsely accused me and knows it but did it because of his mother. Now, I cannot find a job. I was just wondering what kinds of places I could get a job. I am not looking for a huge job either; I am simply looking for restaurants or retail stores. My conviction was only a misdemeanor but I do have to register still. I don’t know what to do or how to get a job because everyone asks about any convictions besides minor traffic violations or does a background check.
