Please forgive me for this letter because I am a disabled mother of a sex offender. I felt overwhelmed attempting to understand what your site is about. My son is now 34 years old and he had consensual sex with a 15 year old girl with he was 19 years old. He has truly suffered over this situation for years and has never been arrested for this type of behavior again. He is now homeless, can’t find a job and I haven’t seen him in 10 years though we talk all the time on the phone. I am working on the laws in Florida.
My son has been suffering with this horrid label since he was 19 years old. He is now 34. I want him to have a life. This is ridiculous.
