We always expect the courts to interpret the laws and when the facts are presented and they show a direct path that they are unconstitutional on their face, and then turn a blind eye to the evidence presented by changing the wording and eliminating other cases by simply saying they are not relevant, when in fact they carry a lot of weight. The Judges that make these rational decision, always hurt the defense. We always ask ourselves are the courts basing their decisions politically because of votes, or are they being swayed by Legislators. How can SORNA ever be reformed if the courts continue to allow unconstitutional acts to go on uncorrected. We see this more and more in the state court systems and the only court out there that can correct this is the US. Supreme court. The majority of cases only reach the state supreme court and that is where the unconstitutional acts die. Case after case shows this to be happening, and yet no one is held responsible for bad decisions. When truth becomes the key factor, we see it as bent and fractured when unconstitutional decisions are made in the court system. They also call it flawed. When will true, honest justice begin in the justice system in order for true reform to take place. It is a very simple process if true constitutional decisions are made in the decision process. When you go to any court you are asked to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help you God. If this is the case then the justices should be held to the same thing when creating there decisions.
