They are all in it together. The 13th amendment gives them slaves that they need. They will do anything to keep the prisons filled. Even if you take a plea, they get money from fines and penalties. If you cannot pay the fines and penalties you violate your probation. Everyone is in on it from the police detective and in my case my defense lawyer. After paying a $26,000 retainer with money I did not have. After my case was delayed, delayed, and delayed, she told me she could not represent me anymore because she was running for judge. She said she could talk to a public defender for me, but my best chance would be taking a plea because I would probably get an all white jury, an old white judge set in his ways, and the girl would cry and garner sympathy. So I took the plea and became very aware of the terms of my probation. I paid my fees I basically became a recluse because of paranoia (Emmitt Till). My probation officer told me I had to place a sign on my door for Halloween. I knew the terms of my probation did not mention a sign. I also knew after research that the state or parish did not mandate this sign. Yet I ended up in jail on a 72 hour hold with failing organs. I was jailed on a Wednesday. I did not see a doctor until the following Monday. They wanted so badly to violate me. I notice the the probation officer retired after that. They arrested me with no evidence. When I asked the detective if I was guilty until proven innocence. He said yes. He does not work for the sheriff’s office anymore. This is the work of small towns not state government. They believe they can do whatever they want and no one will know this is my revelation.
