My son was 20 and had sex with a 14 year that said she was 17. I have her myspace page that states she was 17. But never the less my son will be a registered offender for the rest of his life, because she lied. My heart is broke, and most of the time I don’t know what to do with myself. He is not a violent offender, but that makes no difference when you have to register.
It's just so wrong! His life was just starting. Now it's over because she lied. There is a big difference between raping and molesting a child, from when the girl lied about her age and got caught by her mom. There needs to be a change and I'm gonna fight for my son!!!!
