Mother & daughter duo wreak havoc on unsuspecting men

Years ago, long before we met, my boyfriend went to a club with friends where you had to be 21-years-old or older and carded at the door in order to be allowed in. He met a girl and her “sister” that night in the club. After a few drinks, he and the girl left and fooled around. About a month later, police knocked on his door and asked him if her knew the girl, he said “Yes, I met her a while back.” They placed him under arrest for having sex with a minor. Turns out she was 16 with a fake ID and her “sister” was actually her mother. When my boyfriend went to court, he was there with 6 other guys that this mother/daughter duo pulled the same trick on. They did it to sue them all and get money. Rather than the mother getting in trouble for basically pimping her daughter out, all of these guys were…

Seeking support for a tribal petition for rehearing

I would just like you all to read this petition and decide if you want to support it. I was a young guy, had consensual sex with girls who couldn’t consent shortly after high school. I have worked with these girls in different buildings and one of them just wants to move on and not let it be the focus of her life. The other is willing to help me. They knew it was consensual. We weren’t drunk. We just hooked up and it was 2005. I was convicted in 2006. I have never re-offended, and I won’t. I just need some moral support because even with a religious upbringing my mother doesn’t even want to revisit it. She won’t even help me contact legal help. I was supposed to be off by the age of 45, but now I am placed in a tier 3 which I didn’t agree to, they just told me have way through my sentence….

It’s not really so hard to travel internationally as a registrant

I see a lot of doom and gloom on RSOL and travel horror stories, but I want to tell you, RSO’s CAN travel around the world. I have been out of the system for over 3 years and since then, have traveled to 7 different countries! Who cares if you can’t go to Mexico (one of the most corrupt country in the world and dangerous) or Canada (not much different than the US anyways, even if you didn’t have to register, your conviction is a lifetime ban), Dominican Republic, Japan, S Korea, Thailand, and several others are NOT worth even thinking about. Several cruise lines do background checks too, so make sure you find out before you book. If you have family, or something like that, different story, I am talking about LIVING and enjoying life on holiday! I have been to; London (saw Wimbledon), Czech Republic (did a 4 day mountain bike stage race), Switzerland (saw the big fountain…

Corruption in Alabama county runs rampant

This is just another horror story of (From this point on, the entire contents must/will be considered ALLEGED/ALLEGEDLY acts, written words, inferred or not).. Where to start.. If you are unlucky enough to be set-up/arrested (I would tell you my particular story but**) and then found guilty, or forced to take a plea deal in a certain North Central Alabama County you have NO RECOURSE to get yourself out of this horror. When you are arrested, for the next week or so, your face/name/address will be on every TV news channel,TV website, radio station, flyer, community paper, etc. that can be notified. This is to poison the public to assure you will have no chance at a fair trial, you WILL lose your job, your “friends”, neighbors, anyone will treat you as though you have already been found guilty of ANY conceivable crime. When you finally get arraigned (The legal system here is ALLEGED/ALLEGEDLY controlled by the sheriff, and ALLEGED/ALLEGEDLY the…

PA CHAPTER 63 TITLE 23 Pa.C.S. § 6303 destroyed my family

Put yourself in my shoes for a moment. Imagine waking up in your warm, comfy, queen-sized, pillow-top bed in the morning to the sounds of “daddy daddy, I awake” around 7am after getting out of work at 2am. You roll out of bed, wake your fiance so that she can get your 8 year old step-daughter ready for school. You come downstairs with your 4 month old daughter in hand, set her up with a fresh diaper and warm bottle in the baby bouncer. At this point, your 2 year old daughter comes walking down the stairs and says, “hi daddy, I awake, I eat”. You ask what she would like to eat, a choice of pancakes or waffles. “Wafffs” she says, referring to waffles. After a fresh diaper for your 2 year old, you clear off a spot on your kitchen counter for the toaster and begin making morning breakfast and coffee. A short while later, your 8 year…

No sex but placed on the registry anyway

I am a 61 year old man with three children who had a great marriage and a happy home. At the time of my “offense”, my daughter was 16 years old. In my state, that is the age of consent. I work outside and in the winter, I have a hard time dealing with the cold weather. One very cold day, I joked with my daughter and told her that when it got to be 80 degrees, I would drive her to school naked. Then, we got on the subject of nudism. To make a long story short, she saw me nude in our home. There was no sex of any kind, no touching, no  molestation, no nothing but being nude. Was that a terrible decision on my part, yes. Was it a criminal act, no. But when my wife found out, she went crazy. This was reported to DCFS who was not concerned. They dropped the case. They had to report it…

Case Managers of the BOP

The discrimanation begins before you leave the prision. I recived a sentance of 87  months for recipet of illegal material. Through good time and a drug and alcohol treatment program I earned one year good time and 18 months off from the treatment program. You would think ” Hey thats great!” But here is the rub. Myself and other inmates earned the time off but….. the case managers would not summit the applications folder to the half way houses. We were constantly told ” That they don’t take sex offenders. When asked where we could go? I was told, “I don’t know? You have to figure it out.” One case manager was removed because of her refusal to place S.O.’s.  I was released by a Grand Prairie officer who saw what was going on arranged my release along with others.  I am truly grateful to him and his ability to see that I person who made a mistake. Not some monster that…

Just one mistake

My offense dates back to 1988. I was a 18 year old kid with my whole life ahead of me . I found myself in a situation that I didn’t know would impact the rest of my life so far. I was accused of Indecency w/ a child a female neighbor who was 14 at the time.I didn’t have sex with her it was supposedly sexual contact. In  1990 ( July) just before my 20th birthday  I was sentenced to 5 years In the Texas Department of Corrections at that time there was no such thing as a registry. After serving not more than a year I was released on parole. In 1993 I violated my parole and was sent back to prison until 1995 and upon my release I was informed I would have to register as a Sex Offender for life @that point age 25 I had no idea of what an impact it would have on my…

What can we expect?

Hello all.. I’ve been reading through your posts and first want to say I’m so terribly sorry for all of the things you’ve had to deal with. I never really thought of it until meeting my boyfriend who is now serving time in a military confinement for downloading a zip file that held child pornography. We met during his investigation, he stole my heart and now we have been trying to navigate life for a little over a month since he’s been in confinement. It’s hard. It’s really hard! So my question is, what can we really expect after he serves his time? We’ve been discussing our future and he’s really worried about not being the man I need him to be (as far as being able to provide for a family). And then not to mention if we were to have children, that he wouldn’t be able to participate in their lives (going to school functions, taking them to…

Social Media Problems

One of my worst fears being on the registry recently came true somewhat, but luckily it was not as bad as I expected it to be. I am in a state that does not criminalize us from being on social media, so I have a social media account on just about every platform. I specifically use Facebook for business purposes. My worst fear was that someone would discover my status and report me to Facebook.  As many of you know, Facebook has it in their terms and conditions that we are not allowed to use their service.  This means that at any given time, they can delete my account.  While I don’t agree with them being able to discriminate against us in this way, it is what it is for now. Recently, a former business colleague of mine decided to try to “reveal” my status to all of my friends, family, etc.  I blocked her before she got through my…
